class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Considerando que o prazo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos de investimento, apoiados pelos fundos europeus do Portugal 2020, terminou em 30 de junho de 2023 e face ao elevado n\u00famero de projetos em fase de encerramento, os organismos interm\u00e9dios, como o IAPMEI e a ANI, consideram essencial dar a conhecer um conjunto de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es nesta mat\u00e9ria, por forma a assegurar a total transpar\u00eancia do quadro metodol\u00f3gico ao abrigo do qual o exerc\u00edcio de encerramento dever\u00e1 decorrer.<\/h3><p>Neste contexto, as entidades benefici\u00e1rias devem assegurar:<\/p><ol><li>O cumprimento dos prazos de submiss\u00e3o dos pedidos de pagamento finais (PTRF)<\/li><li>A submiss\u00e3o dos Anexos ao Pedido de Pagamento Final (APF)<\/li><li>Cumprimento dos prazos de resposta ao pedido de elementos<\/li><li>Cumprimento das quest\u00f5es mais cr\u00edticas identificadas em sede de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Consultar Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iapmei.pt\/PRODUTOS-E-SERVICOS\/Incentivos-Financiamento\/Documentos-Incentivos\/Orientacoes-aos-Beneficiarios-para-o-Encerramento.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IAPMEI<\/a><\/li><li>Consultar Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ani.pt\/pt\/noticias\/not%C3%ADcias-ani\/orienta%C3%A7%C3%B5es-para-o-encerramento-de-projetos-pt-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANI<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>Lembre-se que a aus\u00eancia da submiss\u00e3o do pedido de pagamento a t\u00edtulo de reembolso final e\/ou de todos os elementos que permitam a sua an\u00e1lise, bem como do Anexo ao Pedido Final, nos prazos indicados acima, implicar\u00e1 de imediato o in\u00edcio do processo de revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da decis\u00e3o de
